The Universal Costume Department provides an extensive range of rentable stock for Costume Designers and Costumers across all areas of film production, including movies, television, commercials, videos, and still photography. The vast collection includes everything from contemporary clothing to vintage pieces for adults and children, spanning through all decades, including specialty costumes and designer pieces.

Because our clients work on a project-to-project basis, we make every effort to meet their evolving needs. We are committed to providing remote services, including sending costume images via email to costumers working in the field. Additionally, we offer access to the Edith Head Costume Research Library, made possible by a generous donation from The Costume Designers Guild. This collection is a convenient resource for the costume community, offering a wide range of fashion periodicals and reference books covering various time periods.
The department regularly receives clothing and costumes from Universal Pictures and other industry sources, efficiently processing these new acquisitions to enhance our inventory. We are dedicated to ensuring that shopping at Universal Studios is a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
