    Dining Recycling Program

    NBCUniversal and Wolfgang Puck Catering are bringing sustainable practices to the commissary. These practices include sourcing food from farms less than 100 miles away, donating excess food through the Chefs to End Hunger organization, and providing disposable products that contain recycled content material. Vegetarian and vegan food options are also available daily.

    In addition, the studio commissary participates in the Imperfectly Delicious Produce program by purchasing imperfect fruits and vegetables from growers and distributors—produce that might not meet artificial standard of attractiveness. It is estimated that every pound of vegetables saved keeps up to 20 gallons of water from being wasted.
